On Sunday, June 25th, The Bergenfield Barrier Free Committee along with the Borough of Bergenfield held the first Annual Barrier Free Car Show. Over 60 cars competed for trophies based on model year. The purpose of the Bergenfield Barrier Free Committee is to address the needs in the community for persons with disabilities and to advise the Mayor and Council on compliance to the Americans with Disabilities Act. All proceeds from the Car Show go to benefit the “Play for All” Playground making our special needs community inclusive. Thank you to everyone who participated, we can’t wait to see you next year!
